My desire to work in metal is two-fold. First, I am drawn to the weight of the material, how metal feels in my hands. Secondly, I am captivated by the fire, the intense heat required to transform it into something new and meaningful. Fire, one of the four essential elements recognized by alchemists, represents a powerful catalyst that literally changes and transforms.

My designs are influenced by the rich iconography of myth, from ancient cultures to present day. By synthesizing these ancient icons with unexpected and non-traditional elements, I create modern-day pieces that embody personal empowerment and expression.
